Amy Cowan

An eclectic taste in food and music.

Amy joined TMM Recruitment after studying business and management at Robert Gordon University (RGU), where she achieved the Dean's award and a first class degree. Her career started in property leasing, and her talent for keeping operations running smoothly quickly led to a role as Compliance Manager.

Relishing the chance to work in a people-focused position, Amy brings the same commitment and energy to recruitment. Her goal is to go above and beyond for both clients and candidates, making their recruitment journey as supportive and positive as possible.

Outside of work, Amy’s biggest passion is music. She has an eclectic taste and enjoys everything from Oasis to One Direction. There's always a list of gigs and festivals in her diary, and she’s a musician in her own right, playing guitar in her downtime. Family is also close to her heart, whether it's spending time with her young nephews or regularly visiting her granny - where there's always something fine for supper.
