Responsibilities:

• Providing essential reports and spend analysis to the Information Systems Performance Manager and Leadership Team.
• Overseeing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spend tracking, including Value of Work Done (VOWD), budget forecasts, and performance review reporting.
• Developing and delivering Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports tailored for senior stakeholders’ needs.
• Contributing to process improvements and uphold high standards in reporting and performance management.
• Facilitating the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing accurate month-end accruals.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Proven experience in spend activities, ideally within a Business Services setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cost management principles, including VOWD and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to improvements.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering high-quality work independently and within tight deadlines.
