TMM Recruitment is thrilled to present exciting new opportunities in collaboration with a prominent UK legal firm who are actively seeking new Solicitors to join their Private Client Team on a permanent, full-time basis. They are keen to hearing from skilled Solicitors with over 2-years PQE right up to those seeking an Associate/Senior Associate position. Based in Aberdeen, if you're an accomplished Private Client Solicitor with a drive to flourish in an energetic and nurturing environment, we want to hear from you. Skills in communication, deadline management and teamwork are essential!
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Trust and Executry administration
- Estate Planning, including the setup of trusts
- Assisting with clients' tax planning advice
- Providing advice to high-net-worth clients
- Supporting and supervising Paralegals and Trainees
- Assisting with adults with incapacity cases
- Active involvement in business development activities
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling services within the firm
Essential Requirements
- 2-4 years PQE for Senior Solicitor, 5-10 years PQE for Associate/Senior Associate
- Dedication to delivering top-tier service
- Passion and enthusiasm for Private Client work
- Proactive workload management with a focus on quality and responsiveness
- Collaborative team player
- Solution-oriented and adaptable
- Ambitious, driven, and personable
