The successful candidate will collaborate closely with an experienced team to ensure a smooth transition during the integration of the new payroll system, iTrent, which is set to go live in May 2025.

You will support with system integration, data accuracy, compliance, and user training.

Collaboration will be key, as you’ll liaise closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to drive the project’s success.

Strong Excel skills and a background in payroll systems is essential.

While an office presence in Peterhead is preferred, hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.
