Join a leading healthcare provider in a permanent role as a Front of House Receptionist. Bring your luxury service experience to a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional patient care and managing appointments. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays based in Aberdeen City.

    

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to

  • Being the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Managing appointments and consultant schedules with precision.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
  • Maintaining a professional and pristine clinic environment.
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously enhance patient care.

           

Applicants to this role require

  • A customer-focused individual with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in luxury service industries, hospitality, high end retail or cabin crew preferred – noting front of house/admin experience essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to adapt and contribute beyond the core role—teamwork is key!
