Executive Assistant - VR/30336
TMM Recruitment seeks a permanent Executive Assistant for a global professional services firm near Aberdeen. This role supports senior leaders by managing administrative tasks, organising documentation, upholding brand standards, coordinating event logistics, and applying project management expertise to optimise workflow, enabling the Executive Team to focus on strategic goals.
- Travel coordination.

- Project management.
Experience:
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives in a similar capacity.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High professionalism and discretion.
- Capable of working independently and juggling multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with travel logistics, event planning, and project management.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and documentation.
