Billing Administrator - VR/30406
A permanent, full-time opportunity to join a well-established organisation in Aberdeen as a Billing Administrator. The role will involve testing and implementing automated process steps, standardising data for consistent processing and reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimise cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the efficient delivery of the cost cycle, ensuring operational goals and objectives are met on time.
- Driving continuous improvement using existing and new technologies to enhance areas.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with business, functional groups, customers, and advisors.
- Assisting the Senior Coordinator with billing activities to support the cost organisational strategy.
- Contributing to the preparation of billing 'packs' and provide support and training to operations teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Managing transitional billing processes and optimise billing efficiency.
- Identifying process bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues within the billing process flow.
- Analysing billing data and recommend improvements in areas such as unbilled and overall billing efficiency.
