Jess joined the Office Personnel recruitment team as a graduate from RGU where she studied Management with Marketing. Supporting receptionists, administrators and admin assistants in their search for work, Jess enjoys taking the stress out of the job hunting process for the people she helps. This is also good news for the comms and marketing candidates she is supporting during a period of maternity cover.
Jess is an accomplished equestrian and is currently working towards British Horse Society qualifications which will enable her to coach riding internationally. An advocate for the therapeutic benefits of working with horses, she is a volunteer coach for Riding for the Disabled Association. Having worked with racehorses for many years, it is a personal dream to somehow make it around the Grand National racecourse one day.
Her life role model is Michelle Obama, Jess believes she must be a complete powerhouse and admires how she has balanced family life with running the White House. In complete juxtaposition to this her theme tune is the 1980's surprise hit "The Birdie Song" (just because it is so cheery).
