Lawyer required for oil operator starting ASAP through to November 2019 initially. Must have experience practicing at a senior level as a Commercial Lawyer preferably with upstream oil and gas experience.

Reporting to the Lead Legal Counsel, duties include:

  • Supporting colleagues on a range of legal matters and providing guidance and advice.
  • Negotiating legal and contractual matters with third parties.
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts and agreements.
